You’re wearing your suit of armour, you just have to optimise its functions. You’re born with everything you need you just have to nurture it. Here’s some ways to firm up your suit of armour and grant you access to a more peaceful experience.
Blue Light Blockers
No blue light after sunset but if you must, wear some protection - HEAVY DUTY

We have lost the beautiful art of eating the whole animal nose to tail and what that means in the grand scheme of human being ness. Water Filters
Again, in an ideal world we would be getting our water from springs and wells straight from the ground that has not been contaminated by man but this is no longer the available to us unless you go to the purest source on Earth in Iceland where you can watch as the air and minerals collide to form water. I don’t recommend drinking plain water but having a good source for all your other non hydration related water desires is crucial. Here’s some UK recommendations:

Barefoot Shoes
I think you get the gist of things here. In an ideal world we would be barefoot and naked laying under a tree in the sun blissed out feeding each other meats and grapes. Dancing and singing naked around fires at night. Here’s some barefoot shoe recommendations. I’ve been wearing Vivo’s for 7 years now and can highly recommend if you have to wear a well covered shoe to engage in your life. Obviously real barefoot as much as humanly possible is best if you can. So barefoot it whenever you can and on various surfaces. Slowly increase your exposure to varying sensations.
